These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the CompanyForge website (companyforge.ai) and AI operator platform and related services ("Services") provided by Asaptic Labs ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Services Description
CompanyForge provides an AI-assisted compliance and care operations platform for eldercare operators and related businesses. The Services include AI classification tools, compliance documentation workflows, and operator management features. All AI outputs are advisory only and require human review per the Band A/B/C/D classification described in the platform documentation.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of your organisation. The Services are intended for licensed eldercare operators, healthcare professionals, and institutional users. Individual consumer use is not the intended purpose of this platform.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Services as a substitute for professional clinical judgment in patient or resident care decisions
- Attempt to circumvent Band D hard blocks or other safety constraints built into the platform
- Input protected health information of third parties without proper authorisation and applicable consents
- Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable healthcare regulations
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the underlying AI model weights or compliance rulebook
- Misrepresent your identity or affiliation when accessing the platform

5. Data and Privacy
Your use of resident data in the platform is governed by our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for obtaining all necessary consents and authorisations for any personal or health data processed through the platform. We do not access or share resident health data except as required to provide the Services or as required by applicable law.
6. BYOK Architecture
The platform operates on a Bring-Your-Own-Key (BYOK) model. Your Anthropic API key is stored only in your local browser session. CompanyForge does not store or have access to your API key or the content of AI inference calls. You are responsible for API costs incurred under your key and for compliance with Anthropic's terms of use.
7. Intellectual Property
The platform, including the compliance rulebook, IDDSI classification engine, and audit trail system, is proprietary to Asaptic Labs and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The IDDSI Framework is copyright of the IDDSI Foundation; any references to it on this platform are for educational and compliance purposes only.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Asaptic Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to damages for lost profits, goodwill, data, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes not resolved by mutual agreement shall be referred to the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by posting the updated Terms on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
