What just happened
The AI reads the image
Your file is sent to a vision model that reads dates, amounts, and merchant text as printed — in English, Chinese, or Bahasa.
Rows come back with dates and amounts
Each row carries an ISO date, an amount in minor units, a currency code, and a confidence score. Blurry rows are flagged for review, not trusted.
In the product, rows become drafts
In Bookkeep Browser these rows become draft journals you approve. Nothing posts itself; you stay in control of every entry.
How the demo works (English)
Choose a PNG or JPG photo, or a PDF, up to 4MB. The page sends it to a demo endpoint that runs the same extraction engine as Bookkeep Browser and returns date, description, amount, currency, and a confidence score for each row found.
Your document is processed in memory and dropped when the response is sent. It is not saved, logged, or used to train models. If the AI cannot read a row, it says so — it never invents one.
Low-confidence rows are marked for review. In the product, reviewed rows become draft journals that you approve before anything is recorded.
